This free meetup group offers support to women and children who want to protect themselves from bullies and attackers.  Monthly meetings are hosted by professional self-defense practitioners.  We will discuss real-world scenarios in which self-protection training can protect us from injuries and even save our lives.  We will introduce self-protection skills applicable in situations such as bullying at school and at work, abduction, mugging, break-ins and domestic violence.
